Purchase & Delivery Terms

1. The works

1.1. The ART section presents original paintings by Tatiana Antoshina. Each work is one of a kind, signed by the artist and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.

1.2. Title, year, medium and dimensions are stated on the page of each work. Colours on screen may differ slightly from the original.

2. Price

2.1. The price shown on the website is the price of the work itself. Shipping, packaging and, for international orders, customs duties and taxes are not included.

2.2. Prices are quoted in Russian roubles. For buyers outside Russia the amount charged in their currency is determined by their bank at the exchange rate on the day of payment.

3. Ordering and payment

3.1. A work can be purchased through the cart on the website or by sending an enquiry via the “Enquire” button. Once an order is placed, we contact the buyer to confirm availability and agree the delivery terms.

3.2. Payment is made through the payment service connected to the website or by agreed bank transfer. The work is reserved for the buyer once payment is received.

4. Delivery

4.1. Works are located in Moscow and ship worldwide.

4.2. The method, timing and cost of delivery are agreed individually for each order, depending on the size of the work and the destination. The shipping cost is communicated to the buyer before payment.

4.3. Every work is packed in protective packaging. We recommend checking the packaging on receipt in the presence of the courier.

4.4. Collection from the studio in Moscow is possible by arrangement.

5. Returns

5.1. If a work arrives damaged in transit, the buyer notifies us within 3 days of receipt with photographs of the packaging and the work. Such cases are resolved individually: restoration, replacement or refund.

5.2. Other return conditions are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.

6. Commissions

6.1. A work can be created for a specific space; scale, palette and composition are discussed individually. Terms, timing and price are agreed before work begins.
